Application form for sixth form entry 2024

External Applicants without offers or those that did not confirm their place (Available from Thursday 21st August 2024): Please send a clear photograph of your results (on the headed paper that your school provided) along with the pathway you wish to study (I,C,H, or S – click here),  subjects that you wish to study and two reserve choices to sfapplications@ichs.org.uk. Please ensure you have cross referenced your GCSE grades with ICHS Sixth Form entry requirements – click here and individual subject entry requirements – click here. 

ICHS is a high performing selective boys grammar school, and therefore we are heavily oversubscribed in the Sixth Form. As a result, we are very unlikely to have spaces for anyone who is currently not holding an offer. Should you meet the entry requirements and spaces become available, the school will contact you directly and you will be invited in for a meeting from 9am on Friday 23rd August.  Please do not call the school or visit in person on Thursday 22nd August, as you will be politely turned away.
